1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Privyn. If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment. This guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge.
- You must have an active account in good standing (not suspended for violations).
- The request must be submitted via email to billing@privyn.com or through your account dashboard.
3. Refunds After the Guarantee Period
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Monthly Plans: No pro-rated refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused full months remaining, minus a 10% early termination fee.
- Service Outages: If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Per-transaction fees for fraud checks already processed
- One-time setup or onboarding fees (Enterprise plans)
- Custom development or integration work
- Services rendered during a free trial period (no charges apply)
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
5. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@privyn.com
Upon cancellation:
- Your fraud monitoring remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made after the current cycle ends.
- Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation for potential reactivation, then permanently deleted.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
7. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@privyn.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
